HOT TIME IN THE SUMMER! The Pool is OPEN!

If you don’t have a key to the pool, please contact Monon management at 251-9393 or via email at hoa-management@shadowridge.info. There is a $15 replacement cost for lost keys.

Failure to adhere to the rules may result in the suspension of your pool privileges or a fine.

Failure to follow the pool rules may result in a fine and/or loss of pool privileges for a period of time.

GENERAL POOL RULES

·   Unless otherwise notified, the swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. Rules are posted at the pool and content may vary from year to year.

·   No smoking, food or alcoholic beverage is allowed in the pool area by order of the Board of Health.

·   No glass or bottles are allowed in the pool area by order of the Board of Health.

·   A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool by order of the Board of Health.

·   A person must wear regulation swimwear. No one shall be permitted to swim in inappropriate attire including cut-offs, shorts, tank tops, etc.

·   No more than four guests per residence (lot) are allowed at the pool and must be accompanied by a resident. Residents under 21 years of age are limited to two guests only. Homeowners are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. A resident is defined as a homeowner or renter and their immediate family (spouse, children, step-children) living in Shadow Ridge. Nieces and nephews, homeowner siblings are not considered residents.

·   Access to the pool is by key only, not a key handed over the fence to a non-resident. Keys must not be loaned to non-residents. Children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their conduct and safety.

·   No running, jumping or loud music is allowed in the pool area.

·   Residents must not open the pool doors for non-residents who are not their specific guests.

·   Homeowners should allow only immediate family members to use their keys. Nieces and nephews are not considered immediate family and are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by the homeowner.


2007 SHADOW RIDGE POOL RULES

Please enjoy the pool and respect your neighbor’s right to enjoy the pool by observing the rules. Please put trash in containers and turn off bathroom lights when you leave.

The pool is open 24/7 with these limitations.

Morning Lap Swim:

7:00-9:00am

Open Swim:

9:00am – 10:00pm Sunday-Thursday

9:00am – 11:00pm Friday-Saturday

Adult (18+) Resident-only Swim:

10:00pm - 7:00am Sunday – Thursday

11:00pm – 7:00am Friday-Saturday

Courtesy to residents during Adult Resident-only swim times MUST be observed or pool privileges may be suspended and/or a fine imposed.

 

·   A resident must accompany all guests. A resident is defined as a homeowner or renter and their immediate family (spouse, children, step-children) living in Shadow Ridge. Nieces and nephews, homeowner siblings are not considered residents.

·   No more than four guests per LOT are allowed at the pool and must be accompanied by a resident. Residents under 21 years of age are limited to two guests only. Homeowners are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

·   No children under the age of 14 are allowed without supervision by someone over 16 years of age.

·   All children 3 and under must wear “swim diapers” in pool. (That means if your child is age 3, s/he MUST wear swim diapers, even if the child is toilet trained.

·   No running, jumping, diving or horseplay is allowed. Diving includes backflips off the pool deck.

·   No loud music is allowed.

·   No glass is allowed in pool or cabana area.

·   No pets are allowed in the pool area.

·   No smoking, food or alcoholic beverage is allowed in the pool area

·   Please watch your language around our children!! Keep it G-rated!

·   There is a $15.00 charge for replacement of pool key.

 

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

RESIDENTS AND GUESTS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK!

5 Mar 2007: Apparently there has been some suspected drug activity on Wade Hill Court. It has happened twice recently and involves 2 cars. A maroon van with license plate UME 536 pulled into the court followed shortly by a white 4-door with a sunroof, partial license plate 97J, the residents didn't get the rest of the number but it is an Indiana plate. A person got out of the white car, went up to the van and something changed hands. The 2nd time they were on Wade Hill they realized they had been seen by a resident so may now be conducting business on another court. If anyone sees them and can get the last 4 numbers of the white car's license plat that would be very helpful. It would also help if they would call the police at 327-3673 to report the activity as the more often it is reported the more likely our neighborhood will be patroled. There is also an other phone number to call for more immediate response, 327-3811.
